The Stock Condition Surveyor's Role
The successful Stock Condition Surveyor will lead on strategic survey initiatives, conducting comprehensive site inspections and condition surveys across large residential portfolios. You'll be responsible for producing detailed, articulate reports, contributing to data-driven asset management strategies. Strong client communication and diary management skills will be essential, as you'll regularly liaise with stakeholders and support efficient programme delivery.
The Successful Stock Condition Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:
A construction-related degree or a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Knowledge and attributes:
Proven experience conducting surveys on residential buildings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workload independently and professionally
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
A thorough understanding of health and safety protocols
