Position: Retail Customer Adviser - 4 Days per week (16 hours)
Location: Swansea and Neath
Salary: £11.54 per hour

Retail or vaping experience would be an advantage, but a positive attitude is far more important; everything else we can teach!

Working in our retail stores will require flexibility as shift patterns will vary week to week. For this role, you will need to be flexible and available to work 4 days a week, including weekends and between our Swansea and Neath stores. This is a temporary role until 31 May 2025 but has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.
Essential criteria:
* Have a 'Customer first' attitude and approach to working.
* Self-motivated and willing to work alone or as part of a team.
* Experience with troubleshooting and dealing with customer queries and complaints.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Competent at using a till and handling card and cash transactions.
* Reliable and punctual.
* Willingness to learn and keep up to date knowledge on vaping products.
