SALARY: £32,000
WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week supported by flexible working
With 11am-3pm core working hours we operate between 7am-9pm allowing flexibility across to day to suit your personal circumstances. This means you can take time to walk the dog, do the school run or hit the gym
Place of work: Home, Head Office, Warehouse. Some occasional travel also needed to support remote sites
Whilst you can be based on site we also support home-working too as part of our flexible work options with no minimal weekly office attendance. With a Cardiff Head Office & Warehouse you’ll ideally be situated nearby as we encourage on-site working as much as is required for the role and to support collaborative working with a willingness to commute.

What we’re looking for
To be considered for this job your CV and covering letter should show your motivation for the role and that you’ve the right IT skills, experience and knowledge as outlined in our Person Specification showing you’ve:
* Experience providing consistent and excellent customer service and expert IT advice and solutions across a variety of people to support the IT needs of an organisation
* Advanced IT admin skills in Azure/Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
* Team leadership experience
* Experience in delivering IT Projects
* Experience in Entra/Intune
* Working knowledge of API integration
What you’ll be doing
We’ve Cloud IT infrastructure, and we’re looking for someone who can support our users across the infrastructure and to develop that environment including maintenance of our databases.
With a small and experienced team in place it’s a great opportunity to learn from those around you now you’ve got a solid grounding in the basics and are ready to move into a senior IT specialist role leading others.
You’d be great for this job if you’re a natural people person who enjoys helping people to resolve their IT issues or fulfil their IT requests. You think logically and outside the box coming up with workable and sensible IT solutions.
You’re self-motivated and will be great at prioritising your work and handling a busy role with lots of tasks to juggle where you interact with people regularly. You’re a true IT professional who can explain ‘tech-speak’ in a way that people understand. Of course, it goes without saying that customer service is something that you take great pride in.
If you enjoy the challenge of delivering IT projects, this will be the job for you. It is a very exciting time for us with IT projects planned for the next 18 months.
