Hybrid (1-2 days per week in the office) Part-time, 3 days per week 9-month contract £50-60,000 pro rata The Role As we deliver against an ambitious and transformational product roadmap, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role will be a bridge between our Product and Marketing teams, ensuring the successful planning and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will: Own the GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as the link between the Product and Marketing teams, working closely with Product Managers to understand the roadmap and ensuring that customer insights and product strategy bring GTM plans to life. Drive Market Positioning: Conduct market research to refine product positioning, value propositions, and messaging tailored to different customer segments. Lead Product Launches: Plan, manage and execute product launches, coordinating efforts across teams to ensure seamless delivery. Enable Sales: Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, competitive analysis, product sheets and FAQs to empower the sales team. Analyse and Optimise: Measure the success of product launches and marketing campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and deliverables. Technical Advocacy: Translate complex technical features into compelling narratives that resonate with commercial (and often non-technical) audiences. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive landscape and market trends to inform product and marketing strategies. Own and maintain the product marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing strategy. Conceive, develop and deliver client communications and product marketing campaigns in-platform, by email and on social media. Partner with data analysts and other stakeholders to create data-driven insights that inform campaigns and drive product adoption. Stay abreast of AI and technology industry trends, ensuring our product messaging remains cutting-edge and relevant. Your experience and knowledge Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within a SaaS (or related) space. Exposure to political monitoring, intelligence or AI-first products is a plus. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of GTM strategies, customer acquisition and growth marketing. Technical Proficiency: Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences. Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and Sales teams. Analytical Skills: Comfortable with data analysis and metrics-driven decision-making. Software literacy: Experience managing data and campaigns in CRM and email marketing platforms. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
