We’re looking for Full-Time and Part-Time Support Workers to help individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism live fulfilling, independent lives.
Your Role:
* Provide experienced care and assistance with tasks like cooking, dressing, and household duties
* Support social engagements, hobbies, and community outings
* Administer medication and maintain accurate care records
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals by meeting safeguarding responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar support role within the care sector is essential
* Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or autism
* A positive and caring attitude, with adaptability and resilience
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for making a difference
