Receiving training on financial tasks, including payment reconciliation, assisting with financial reporting, and overseeing bookkeeping management Providing general administrative support across the company, such as travel booking and ordering office supplies Raising purchase and sales orders, managing supplier payments and Revolut accounts, and maintaining meeting minutes Reconciling bank transactions to ensure financial accuracy across accounts Handling internal telephone queries and coordinating office communications Liaising with clients about credit and debt What you'll need: Previous experience in an administration role Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage Flexibility and a willingness to assist other teams Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills Computer literacy
