Our client is a well run Blue Chip contractor whom are looking for an experienced administrator to assist with new bids and contract wins. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a team player who is proficient in producing visually appealing, high-quality documents, have an eye for detail, and be capable of working to strict deadlines. Key responsibilities will include: Handing all administrative duties Managing health and safety information Distribute tender documents to relevant team members Check tender documents to ensure that received documents match to issue sheets, and liaise with the estimator/issuer to resolve queries Key Skills: Strong administration skills Work independently and to participate fully as a team member Strong time management Microsoft Office Good spoken and written communication skillsPlease note this a long term opportunity with the possibility to join permanent after a qualifying period.
