All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth Your Role Work with iconic brands such as Sellotape, Pritt, Loctite, Solvite, UniBond, and No More Nails. Evaluate shopper insights and market data to develop a deep understanding of the market and shopper behaviours. Identify and articulate key shopper trends, growth drivers, and missions across various sales channels. Support new product development, including coordination of internal processes related to product set-up and display design. Utilize available shopper marketing techniques to meet business goals, driving growth and profitability. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Brand, Marketing) and external partners (agencies, customers). Monitor and analyse the impact of promotional activities, providing recommendations for future actions. Maintain activity plans across all channels to aid in planning and ensure clarity of promotional initiatives for all stakeholders. Your Skills You should graduate (before September 2025 and no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor’s, Master’s (or equivalent) degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage. Passion for innovation, brands, and consumer behaviour. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and focus on achieving set objectives. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders. High energy level, learning agility, and a proactive attitude. Good command of MS Office.
