Role Overview: Provide support in one-on-one settings and small nurture groups. Encourage student engagement and interaction during lessons. About You: Relevant experience in addressing the specialized needs of students with autism and MLD. Exceptional communication and behaviour management skills. Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond to support the young people in your care. Able to obtain suitable references and pass a DBS check. All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
