About The Role
Hesley Group are recruiting for a Care Manager to work for our adult service residential site Meadow View in Tickhill, Doncaster. This post involves responsibility for managing care in a section of the service. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care and accountable for the service you provide. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, to perform to a professional standard that uphold Hesley Group values and code of conduct, to be able to model this to other stakeholders, i.e. people using the service, our staff, visitors, members of the public and other professionals. As a Care Manager you will also be expected to contribute to developing the service by participation in the planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and review of its policies and working procedures. Shift hours: 08:30 - 4:30pm, 07:00 - 3pm and 2pm - 10pm and weekend working as part of rolling rota. This role also involves oncall responsibilities. #he-1
About You
You will need to have the following skills and experience;
1. Minimum NVQ Level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
2. A Level 3 Management qualification or equivalent
3. Track record of effective leadership in a residential social care setting.
4. Significant and recent management experience in a relevant care setting.
5. Significant experience of working effectively with people who have learning disabilities.
