You will undertake teaching duties and provide tutorial support and pastoral care to students; therefore, there is an expectation for the successful candidate to work positively and collaboratively with students, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
About you
You will be educated to Level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in a relevant subject area or equivalent. You will have significant recent experience of teaching learners aged 14-16/16-18 who are disadvantaged and experience barriers to learning, along with proven experience of utilizing a range of support strategies that have influenced positive change in the attitude and behaviors of young people.
