Job Description
* Providing strategic financial advice and support to department heads.
* Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
* Preparing financial reports and presenting findings to management.
* Participating in financial audits and addressing any discrepancies.
* Overseeing budget planning and expenditure reviews.
* Collaborating with other finance team members to meet the department's objectives.
* Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
* Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
* Excellent communication skills to relay financial information to non-financial colleagues.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work in a team.
