We are looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our friendly accounts department at Fred. Olsen Limited based in our Ipswich Head Office. We are keen to hear from individuals with a positive attitude and good time management skills. Attention to detail, using initiative and working well in a team are essential to this role. The successful candidate will also need to have an understanding of Microsoft products and be IT literate. The role will include the following tasks, with full training being provided: Daily posting of Fred. Olsen Limited and Forrest Estate bank transactions Bank reconciliations for Fred. Olsen Limited and Forrest Estate Run daily bank reports and inputting bank transfers Issuing monthly exchange rates Assisting with Fred. Olsen Limited, Forrest Estate and Fred. Olsen JV purchase ledgers Run weekly bacs payments Assisting with the posting of credit card transactions Other ad-hoc duties where required This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week (4 hours per day 9am-1pm, ideally we request 2 of the mornings to be 8:30am-12:30pm due to the requirements within the role).
