Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are looking for an experienced Trades Client Services Manager to work for a POS/POP/Print manufacturing business based in Leicester
This position is a straight permanent position
The Job:
1. Working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm with a 4pm finish on a Friday
2. Salary is negotiable up to £40k per year depending on your experience
3. You will be required to deliver outstanding customer service through excellent communication and attention to detail
4. On a daily basis, you will be required to manage new trades client briefs, understand them and prepare them for processing within the business
5. You could be dealing with multiple briefs at any one time and this can involve estimating, development, manufacturing and despatch phases
6. At the same time, keeping your clients fully informed of progress is essential
7. You will be involved in all aspects of the project cycle from start to finish
About You:
8. Previous experience in either a POS or POP or Acrylic manufacturing or Print background is required
9. Experience in a Client Services Manager role is ideal
10. However - a proven account manager or a project manager would be considered if they have direct contact with trade clients
11. Have good interpersonal skills
12. Have excellent time management/multi tasking skills/able to to prioritise effectively
13. Have excellent reporting skills
14. Have excellent IT Skills (MS Office)
15. Be comfortable building and maintaining effective client and internal relationships
16. Have exemplary levels of attention to detail
17. Have strong written and verbal communication skills
18. Be target driven with an ability to work independently and efficiently
