Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure the supply of both clean laundry and housekeeping service throughout the home.
2. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of all areas of the care home, including bedrooms, communal spaces, and bathrooms.
3. Handle laundry and linen care with attention to residents' personal belongings.
4. Interact with residents, offering assistance to help them feel at ease.
5. Maintain housekeeping supplies and report any shortages to the manager.
6. Work closely with caregivers and other staff to support the overall care plan and home operations.
Minimum Requirements
1. Previous domestic experience in a similar care home setting.
2. Flexible and reliable attitude.
3. Commitment to customer care and first-class service provision.
4. Basic knowledge of Health and Safety COSHH regulations.
5. Empathy and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our residents.
6. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
