Formed in Edinburgh in 1998 and having successfully supplied some of the largest names in the construction industry with Manned Guards and CCTV Install/Monitoring services over the years.
They are looking for an apprentice to join their Head Office where the successful applicant will become an important part of the team. The apprentice will receive full training while working towards achieving their SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support.
What’s Involved?
* Becoming an expert in Bright HR to manage staff attendance, expenses and documents, alongside information on employment law and HR.
* Working collaboratively with security and office staff to manage diaries, shift rotas and client needs.
* Utilising salesforce to save customer notes, calls and files, whilst keeping this up to date with information and contact details.
* Using Zero to deal with invoices and send these out to customers.
* Learning to become a competent user of Excel and other Microsoft Packages within the office.

Salary: £14,365 per annum.
Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm.

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
