The Perse School is seeking to appoint an Administrative Assistant to work within our Human Resources Team, which is responsible for providing a professional and expert HR function supporting over 420 members of support and teaching staff across three School sites.
The main focus will be on supporting safeguarding compliance administration, with some assistance for recruitment activities.
As well as helping the School to recruit the best staff, this is an important role supporting the School’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people by ensuring our HR and recruitment processes comply with the required regulations and guidance. This role therefore involves considerable process management and handling sensitive data to the highest standards of accuracy and care.
Previous HR experience is not necessary; we are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks.
