We’re seeking confident and experienced Sales Executives to join our excellent Home Insurance team!
We speak to existing Customers of our Referencing team to help arrange their Home Contents Insurance as the final part of their moving package and we are looking for someone who prides themselves on delivering a high level of Customer Service to ensure that our customers are given an excellent experience!

Starting salary £24,500 plus performance related bonus
40 hours per week
Weekdays our working hours are typically Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30, where 1 in 3 weeks you will be rota'd to a shift of 10:00-20:00 Monday to Thursday, Friday off, and just 9.00am to 1.00pm on a Saturday.
We do not work on Sundays.

The day to day
. Organising your Leads to ensure that maximum opportunities are gained to boost your Sales conversion.
· Contacting warm leads, as well as welcoming occasional inbound calls, selling on the phone to tenants who have a connection to our business.
· Ensure compliance with FCA, GDPR and ICOB regulations.
· Work in a high performing and process-driven environment.
· Individual and team success is measured against sales performance targets, customers’ satisfaction ratings and ability to adhere to a regulated process.

The Role:
In this busy and varied role, amongst other activities you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring monthly Sales targets across all relevant insurance products are met, whilst adhering to regulations, by both inbound and outbound call handling
* Ensuring each Customer is being given the correct level of cover needed, meeting their requirements, demands, and needs.
* Liaising with Underwriters to obtain competitive rates on new risks to be insured.
* Arranging policies for new and existing customers, including requests from our third-party insurance brokers, via telephone, post and email
The Preferred Candidate will:
* Have persuasive communication skills, be an effective negotiator, a confident decision-maker, posses first rate customer service skills, and PC literate.
* Able to work to timescales, you will be enthusiastic, be able to work independently and in a team, and results oriented.
* Being organised and flexible, to be able to react to change in an always improving environment.
* If you also remain cool under pressure, and are open to learning new things, this could be just the role for you!
Previous insurance experience and awareness of compliance/regulatory requirements is preferred.
Permanent – Full-Time: 40 hours per week. On a shift pattern resulting in working 1 in every 3 Saturday mornings. We do not work on a Sunday or on Bank Holidays.
If targets are met there is a monthly performance bonus payable for this role.
