Our client are searching for a Head of Sales Operations to develop and lead the implementation of the sales operations strategy moving forward. From pricing strategies to deal execution, you will be managing the full deal desk to maximise profitability in every deal closed.
A bit about the company and what they can offer you
Connecting data and people is at the heart of what our client does. Their Contech software is designed to transform the performance of assets across the AECO sector. Offering a portfolio of software to make construction and maintenance flow. And with thousands of customers across the globe, they’re making a big impact.
So, why join them?
Well, their approach is to ‘put people first’ in everything they do, and it’s never more clear than in the way they treat their employees. From the big stuff like private healthcare, wellbeing support (via an EAP) and generous parental leave policies, to the nice extras like access to financial advice and discounts on your shopping, they’ve got a whole host of benefits that you’ll get from day one.
They’re also carbon neutral and conscious of their impact on the environment. If you are too then they’ll help you make a difference, whether it’s through their ‘plant a tree initiative’ or taking your three days off a year for volunteering. What’s not to like?
