Senior Activity Instructor
Our happy, fun and experienced team are looking for an inspiring, energetic and credible additional Senior Instructor to help train, develop and supervise our Instructor team and to deliver high quality experiential learning to a range of groups.
Bonuses:
1. An incentive scheme of £200 p/m after the probation period, must complete contract.

As well as instructing, our Senior Instructors are involved in planning, training and overseeing the delivery of both residential and day visit groups to ensure quality and consistency. It’s a busy and varied job with plenty of opportunity for developing management skills.
The successful individual will be able to demonstrate high standards of communication, organisation, good humour, attention to detail, professionalism, self-motivation and be a team role model. We are looking for someone who understands and can apply experiential learning principles, together with experience of working with primary school groups. Also having experience of working with older teenagers and adults would be great.
