As an Accredited Checking Technician in our Coventry University Hospital you will quickly become an integral part of the pharmacy team, with both colleagues and patients relying on you to offer excellent service, healthcare advice and support. Delivering top patient care to ensure they return time after time for all of their healthcare needs will be of top priority, and at the forefront of everything you do. Some of your responsibilities will include, ensuring all prescriptions are endorsed, counted and filled accurately and provide dispensed medicines to customers according to correct protocols. Checking prescriptions accurately in line with standard operating procedures. Ensuring stock is received, stored and used for replenishment as appropriate and that stock rotations and date checks are carried out. We will only be able to consider you for this position if you have an NVQ 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification (or equivalent) and have completed your ACT qualification.
