Let Informed Recruitment help you to achieve your potential with an exciting opportunity for IT Systems & Development Analyst to take a key role in the implementation of new application technology within Social Housing whilst continuously improving an application architecture suite for a for a respected & established social enterprise as part of a wider digital transformation programme. The main purpose of the role will be to lead on the continual improvement of the core property management system, manage the technical environment, and implemented continual service improvements through effective system configuration. Day to day duties will include second- and third-line application support; implementation and upgrade activity; building workflows and forms; interrogating data sets; third party supplier liaison; change documentation; creating training material; user acceptance testing; reporting delivery; data integrity improvement; and statutory reporting. Essential Systems Administration, or Application Support to 2 nd /3 rd Line level. Experience working in an implementation capacity (implementation/upgrade, build, configuration, testing, training, support) on a project to install or upgrade commercial software applications. Business/Systems Analysis experience including stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, process mapping, process analysis and improvement. Experience of working with housing management applications (Such as Civica CX, NEC Housing, Capita ONE/OPENHousing, MRI Enterprise/Orchard Housing, Aareon QL, MIS ActiveH or similar) SQL scripting Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic Desirable Database administration, and/or the development of ETL process for data migration or interfacing Interfacing experience (APIs, Web Services, SSIS, etc) Relevant certification As an individual you will be analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
