If you have experience in construction techniques and maintenance work whilst keeping up to date with legislation, ODS Group require a Team Leader in Capital Planned Works to manage the performance and quality of a team of tradespeople and contractors.
Providing on-site resolution of complex issues and ensuring an effective first point of contact, you will liaise with operational staff and customers whilst working collaboratively across the business to ensure effective allocation of resource and completion of work projects. Having good management skills you will need to motivate your team and be accountable for the timely and safe completion of works in line with policies and performance standards whilst maximising productive time.
Being customer focused, you will professionally deal with all queries and use management information and administrative systems to monitor, report and improve the service, driving up quality standards and customer satisfaction.
