A brand-new client for us – this award-winning management consultancy are looking to employ an HR Generalist to support their HR Department and help drive their people programme.
With some PA support for the CEO, this is a great role for somebody looking for the next step in their career.
Working in a challenging, fast paced yet rewarding environment where teamwork and collaboration are key, your attention to detail and discretion will be second to none. It goes without saying that you will be highly organised and ready to hit the ground running having had similar experience in your previous role/s.
Key areas of responsibility:
* working closely with the HR and Ops Managers to manage the HR processes, which include onboarding, probation, absence management and performance reviews
* managing and collating HR data
* providing some PA and diary support, working closely with the CEO and his EA
* drafting and sending confidential documents
* overseeing the meeting rooms and general office functions
