Your duties will also encompass meticulous tracking of billable time for each task and ensuring timely submission and approval of timesheets. The core responsibilities within the designated department of Resource Coordinator are: Identify, organise, allocate and forecast all resources in the Professional Services team to ensure efficient, profitable and timely delivery of a variety of tickets. Provide incident and outage response support, and immediately escalate any potential issues leading to variance from forecast. Capture all operational adjustments, amendments, and absence/ holidays to ensure accurate real-time reporting. Utilise all data sources, current and predicted, to minimise resource overspending and maximise profit. Create and release daily, weekly, and monthly resource updates that maintain clear communication and ensure all team members are aware of individual, team, and department performance and availability. Give visibility on service delivery risks by working closely with the Operations team and Business Managers any daily activities on upcoming daily activities. Continued assessment of security, Integrity, and availability both internally and in part of Trident’s service. Continued assessment of regulatory and compliance requirements for both Trident and its clients. Working to ISO 27001, 14001 and 9001 requirements along with Trident's operating procedures. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a collaborative work ethic that prioritises a human-centred approach. Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and consistently seeks effective solutions. Exhibit forward-thinking, considering the broader implications of tasks on the overall business objectives. Uphold a high standard of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail in all tasks undertaken. Proficiency in scheduling, monitoring, and strategically planning team resource allocation. Ideally, possess prior experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment such as a Managed Service Provider, as our company operates with agility and speed.
