An overview of the role
As a Director / Vice President in the business, you’ll identify, solution and close big deal opportunities across the sector and drive forward the business – from scaled PoC to market disrupting mega-plays. You will maintain a forward view of the larger deal pipeline and enable a foreseeable and profitable horizon. You will help set the direction, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop the team.

We’d love to meet someone with:
* Experience of solutioning and selling transformational initiatives – concept to deal closure.
* Business development – utilising a combination of the organisation’s broader pre-existing relationships, company relationships and your own network, you’ll be generating c.4m of consulting revenues as part of larger overall deals.
* A track record in delivering growth within this sector.
* Experience within Consulting within the Utilities and Energy sector.
* The ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation, and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling consulting solutions within the Utilities Sector.
