About the Role:
Annual salary: up to £44,000
Car Allowance: £4,800
Position: Building Surveyor
Location: North East, Yorkshire and Humber - Permanent, Full Time 40hrs.
The role holder will carry out FRA surveys and reviews in the North East or Yorkshire and Humber, ensuring that an effective and efficient service is delivered and maintained in line with the contractual KPIs. Building a strong working relationship with internal and external customers is essential to ensure all services are delivered in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner.
You will be mainly responsible for compiling FRA information/reporting as required and submitting it in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders. You will also play a key role in supporting site audits, including FRA inspections and licensing.
Qualifications:
The successful Building Surveyor will have experience in Building Surveying and FRA compliance. You will hold a suitable building surveying and FRA qualification. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of surveying buildings, writing, and providing FRA reports, FRA reviews, and guidance. Being highly computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft applications is a great advantage. To be considered for the role, you will have:
1. Previous experience in Building Surveying, FRA reporting, and compliance.
2. A good standard of general education (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
3. Excellent time management, planning & organizational skills.
4. A solid application of utilizing MS systems.
5. Competent Customer Service Skills.
