Job Scope and Main Responsibilities:
A Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance, and inventory control, as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. A store manager is expected to improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership, and development of the people in their team. As an EssilorLuxottica ambassador, the store manager will role model the EssilorLuxottica values and the Sunglass Hut / Oakley / Ray-Ban culture.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the store’s day-to-day operations.
* Ensure all KPI targets and expectations are delivered.
* Ensure costs are kept to a minimum and stock loss is within company guidelines.
* Regularly analyze sales performance, maximizing strengths and reviewing poor performance to establish an action plan for improvement.
* Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of the business.
* Network effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Keep abreast of and be knowledgeable of competitor activity.
* Deliver memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
* Maintain inspiring visual merchandising in store as per guidelines.
* Ensure that the store is always on top of the competition by being commercially focused.
* Recruit, lead, motivate, and inspire your team to succeed in store.
* Create an engaging and positive working environment.
* Establish a store culture that embraces diversity and maximizes the learnings from a diverse team.
* Lead store team to deliver brand story (and Sunglass Hut experience, if applicable) through effective store management.
* Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability.
* Hire, train, and assess store employees' productivity and performance.
* Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store.

Qualifications:
* High school education or equivalent experience.
* 2+ years' store management experience.
* Customer-centric with a positive attitude.

* Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
