Working Pattern: Hybrid, spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites
About this Opportunity
The Sourcing and Research team delivers candidate sourcing, research, and market intelligence solutions to support the direct hiring activities of Lloyds Banking Group Specialised Recruitment team. As a Senior Talent Researcher & Sourcer, you will set the standard for the quality of talent entering the recruitment process, primarily supporting Business & Commercial Banking, Corporate & Institutional Banking, and Insurance, Pensions & Investments.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Utilising advanced sourcing methods to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for Front Office business pillars.
* Leveraging market intelligence tools to deliver insights that support hiring decisions.
* Conducting comprehensive research to create accurate market mapping and intelligence reports.
* Enhancing existing sourcing methodologies and driving continuous improvement.
* Delivering a candidate-centric journey and maintaining high levels of candidate satisfaction.
* Collaborating with team members to achieve common objectives and mentoring junior team members.
What We Need From You
* In-house Front Office recruitment and proactive sourcing experience.
* Experience hiring senior-level positions in commercial, corporate, or investment banking.
* Experience in market mapping and research.
* Proficiency in Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Avature CRM, and other relevant tools.
