Working Hours
Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. Mon- Thurs 0930-1500 you must be able to cover all days & have black safety shoes.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Being polite, prompt and friendly to all colleagues and guests.
2. Communicating with the kitchen team and front of house colleagues to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Ensuring all cutlery, crockery and glassware is professionally cleaned before and after use and ensuring all service areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
4. Cleaning of all cooking utensils as required by the culinary team during the preparation (mis-en-place) and service times.
5. Cleaning of kitchen work areas during and after use and removal of kitchen waste to the appropriate area.
6. Assisting with the set up and clear down of your area, ready for the next service.
7. Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
8. Operating cleaning machinery as shown and trained in accordance with company policy.
9. Complying with all company and unit policies regarding Health & Safety, Hygiene, Manual Handling and COSHH.
10. Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
11. Enjoying your work, smiling and having fun!
