Thrive Recruitment Group is looking for a Hire Desk Controller for our client based in Begwary, near St Neots in Bedford (MK44 postcode area) on a permanent basis.

Our client is a market leading supplier and award winner of non-mechanical products for hire and sale. Duties:
* Working within a busy and fast paced Hire Desk office
* Liaising with customers and providing accurate information
* Liaising with the warehouse and drivers on-site
* Administration
* Dealing with telephone, email and face to face enquiries
* Ensuring accuracy of all paperwork
* Maximise consumable sales opportunities at every opportunity
* Use of Microsoft packages and their CRM system
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Salary:
£30,000 PA

As soon as possible
Requirements for the Role:
* It would be ideal to have come from a Hire Desk position previously but it is not essential as training can be provided for the right individual
* Industry experience is not essential, but would be ideal
* Must have excellent Customer Service skills
* Must have experience in Microsoft packages
* Due to our client's remote location, your own vehicle to travel to the location is essential
* Must live within a commutable location to our client
