Job description At the centre of the agency is our Market Engagement team, you will be joining this high performing team of six people to lead and support colleagues to engage with and understand our partners in a strategic and coordinated way to deliver Homes England's mission. Within the team you will support in the gathering and analysis of quantitative and qualitative insight from partners and the wider built environment to inform Agency-wide decision making. You will work with colleagues to develop and deliver bespoke engagement strategies for key partners and sector cohorts, including a Key Account Manager programme, to ensure that these drive business development at both a national and a regional level. You will lead on analysis of Homes Englands CRM system, helping to understand our relationships with partners and identify opportunities for improvements and closer working. You will support in future system development, analysis and adoption to ensure the wider Agency can benefit from this resource. You will work closely with colleagues across Homes England, at all levels, providing presentations, analysis and briefing materials to support work with and understanding of Homes Englands partners. The Market Engagement team is ambitious and continually seeking to improve. You will be able to spot areas for improvement and work with colleagues to drive these forward. You will work alongside other teams to design and deliver stakeholder events that make best use of thought-leadership and innovation within the housing sector.
