WHAT WE OFFER
1. The Start Date of employment will be: March 2025
2. Starting salary of £26,400 based on competence and experience.
3. 39 hours working 5 days per week. Normal working hours for this role are 7am to 3:45pm. This role might require availability to work late evenings, weekends, and night shifts. Shifts may change according to business/project needs.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
1. You have a degree in a relevant creative field or prior experience working as a Visual Merchandiser.
2. You have worked with design software such as Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, is essential.
3. You are excited about home furnishings, design, how people live, and have the ability to create new ideas that inspire our customers.
4. You have a hands-on approach, feeling at ease working with various tools and comfortable working at heights.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
1. You will use visual merchandising to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity working with store layout, range presentation and vitality.
2. You understand the local market using this understanding to plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable and commercial range presentation solutions that reflect a wide variety of styles, price levels, meet the many individual tastes and exceed our visitor's expectations.
3. You will collaborate with the Communication & Interior Design team and other functions, acting quickly with your commercial partners to maximise opportunities with an understanding of the impact of your actions on the financial results.
4. You work closely with the commercial calendar to implement range changes.
