Our client, a reputable global firm, is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.
Duties include:
1. Processing high volume monthly payroll in a team from start to finish including EPS & FPS
2. Processing Starters, Leavers, and Contract Variations
3. Processing of manual payments for New Joiners
4. Processing payments for any overtime and Holidays
5. Extensive payroll knowledge for maternity and sick pay
6. Completing manual calculations for SMP & SSP, Gross to Net payments
7. Experienced with example pivots and V lookups
8. Completing routine payroll data entry on systems
9. Processing confidential data and applying updates
10. Ensuring the verification and validation of data
11. Ensuring the correct application of statutory regulations in respect of data
12. Any other payroll administration duties
You will have:
1. Strong previous payroll experience within a high volume and complex in-house payroll department
2. Able to process payrolls from start to finish including EPS & FPS & Bacs payments
3. Strong excel skills including lookups and pivot tables
4. Strong numeracy, analytical, and interpretative skills
5. Ability to complete manual calculations
6. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and deliver to deadlines
7. Strong interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships at all levels
8. The ability to recognise issues and deal with payroll queries
