Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
* Drive awareness and customer acquisition through innovative lead generation and conversion campaigns.
* Oversee and optimise group websites to enhance customer engagement, improve performance, and boost conversion rates.
* Lead SEO initiatives to maintain competitive rankings and manage digital PR campaigns to amplify brand visibility.
* Manage external digital marketing agencies to ensure strong ROI on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook.
* Lead the execution of the brand marketing strategy to strengthen the company’s local and national presence.
* Maintain consistent and impactful brand positioning across all marketing initiatives.
* Plan, coordinate, and execute events and trade shows on both national and international levels throughout the year.
* Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, generating actionable insights to optimise marketing strategies.
