Support Worker **NIGHTS **

Hull
Salary: up to £13.50 per hour
We are looking for Night Workers on a rolling rota. Working every other weekend. Night shift is from 2200 until 0800.
We are also looking for people who would like to work weekends (both lates and earlies) along with late shifts during the week which start at 1500 - 2200.

Responsibilities
* Support residents with daily living activities and rehabilitation.
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
* Conduct person-centred night checks and provide basic night care support.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
* Have genuine empathy for our residents, with positivity, patience, and resilience.
* Enjoy teamwork and take pride in getting a job done well alongside your colleagues.
* Excellent face-to-face communication skills and a good standard of literacy.
* Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
* Experience in moving and handling including hoists.
* Understand the importance of person-centred care and security.
