As Operational Fleet Administrator at Next, you will work closely with the Transport Management teams in the fast-paced and time critical transport operation to ensure that all assets (core and hire fleet) are roadworthy and all statutory road transport legislation requirements are complied with.
You will support the monitoring of accident repairs, monitor and manage the Defect, PMI & Damage documents in line with statutory and Company requirements.
You will be responsible for reporting any deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in risk to H&S, the environment or the operation and maintaining all asset files.

Previous experience of working within an administrative role using google docs and google spreadsheets is essential and experience within a similar role within fleet or transport would be an advantage. To succeed in the role of Operational Fleet Administrator, you will be highly organised with proven ability to plan and prioritise your workload and work calmly and methodically in a busy environment.
