Job Description
The First Line Sales Director will lead and drive sales initiatives within the region focused on X-sell of our acquired products (assyst – Poka etc) and our success portfolio, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, the development of opportunities, and the expansion of the company’s market presence. They will manage and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and aligning sales strategies with the company’s goals.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve X-sell targets
* Act as line manager for our X-sell and success team incl setting objectives, manage performance and development and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum employee experience and success
* Champion our acquired products
* Collaborate with marketing, our M&A business organization and customer service teams to ensure optimized customer experience
* Prepare and present reports, forecast, budgets and pipeline development to secure predictability across the region
Qualifications
Qualifications
* Proven sales execution background and familiar with meeting and exceeding targets
* Experienced sales leader preferably in the software or tech industry
* Ability to communicate, influence, present across all levels of the organization
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive and motivate a team to achieve sales objectives.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
* Fluent in English (C1/C2)
* Team player
* Calm under pressure
* Practical hands-on approach
