Your Impact:
As our Growth/Performance Marketing Executive, your ingenuity and analytical skills will shape the trajectory of our business. You’ll uncover hidden opportunities, implement breakthrough strategies, and lead initiatives that significantly boost customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and amplify our brand’s reach and influence, including the strategic growth and optimisation of our pioneering loyalty programme.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead and optimise sophisticated paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) to creatively and efficiently scale customer acquisition.
* Master analytics, extracting powerful insights from platforms such as Google Analytics and Shopify to inform strategies and unlock growth.
* Develop and execute highly personalised, intelligent email marketing strategies (experience with Klaviyo preferred), driving meaningful customer connections and boosting retention.
* Pioneer strategic SEO initiatives that expand organic reach and sustainably increase targeted website traffic.
* Continuously experiment, measure, and innovate—creatively optimising CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
* Collaborate closely with our founder and website developer to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge marketing strategies with compelling brand storytelling.
* Identify and exploit emerging marketing channels and techniques, always pushing boundaries to accelerate growth.
* Strategically manage and grow our unique customer loyalty scheme to further enhance customer retention, lifetime value, and brand loyalty.
Who You Are:
* Highly experienced (ideally 3-5 years) in innovative growth marketing roles within fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
* Exceptionally analytical, consistently demonstrating your ability to craft and execute remarkably intelligent, high-impact growth strategies.
* Deeply proficient in managing and optimising paid digital marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify), advanced email automation (Klaviyo), and sophisticated SEO tactics.
* Creatively relentless, constantly seeking intelligent solutions and bold ideas that deliver measurable results.
* Independent, adaptable, and exceptionally organised, thriving in the dynamic, entrepreneurial environment of a scaling brand.
* Deeply passionate about pets, motivated by a genuine desire to positively impact their lives and those of their families.
