We are currently seeking a Human Resources & Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Southsea, Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and detail oriented individual who is comfortable working with a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
* Resourcing candidates, conducting telephone screenings, coordinating interviews with clients and updating our applicant tracking system.
* Candidate searches using effective utilisation of job boards, and head hunting and provide customers with updates on their current recruitment campaigns.
* To provide administrative support to the OutThere HR Consultants which can include; producing standard letters, contracts, populating template documentation and updating client HR software systems.
* To work in conjunction with the HR team to deliver various client HR projects.
Requirements
* CIPD Level 3 or above
* A personal interest in HR and/or Recruitment Process gaining 360 exposure to the HR and RPO industry.
* Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
* Keen attention to detail.
