We’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Adviser to join our People Team. In this role you’ll contribute to the end-to-end recruitment across Nucleus, from sourcing the best industry talent to assessing skills, competency and cultural contribution, all with people experience at the forefront of everything you do. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline which you can be part of. You’ll work closely with our Recruitment Partner to support People Leaders deliver on localised team hiring strategies that meet the needs of our business. Our sourcing methodology is varied, using direct and indirect ways of finding and selecting the very best people – so you’ll be well versed in leveraging social media networks, working in collaboration with external partners, and getting creative when it comes to how we do things. We know that to achieve our vision of becoming best loved platform and deliver exceptional customer outcomes, we need the very best people to do it. As our Recruitment Adviser you will focus on: Working with People Leaders and Recruitment Partner to source and screen candidates Ensuring managers and candidates are kept fully informed and are up to date with the progress of the recruitment process Ensuring we are as cost-efficient as possible and maintaining awareness of our recruitment budget/targets Creating and updating role profiles and adverts Updating our ATS and job boards Working closely with our preferred recruitment agency partners to maintain and develop relationships and screen candidate quality Initial screening assessment of candidates for skills, experience, cultural contribution and salary alignment Keeping candidates updated throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience Supporting the delivery of relevant recruitment initiatives and projects Supporting ad hoc tasks when required Take responsibility in everything you do to deliver good outcomes for our customers Positively demonstrating the Nucleus values and behaviours Ensuring compliance with Code of Conduct A bit about you Your friends might describe you as a ‘plate-spinner’ – someone who loves to have loads on the go and enjoys the excitement of getting lots done, fast. We’ve always placed more importance on cultural contribution above technical ability, but we’d really like you to have/be: Experience in an inhouse recruitment role preferred Familiar with sourcing and screening candidates (ideally across a variety of sectors) Experience using Linkedin Recruiter Comfortable working with high volumes and variable business needs Excellent communication and people skills Confident and comfortable challenging the status quo Great attention to detail, highly organised and effective prioritisation skills A little about us We are the Nucleus Group Services Limited and we help make retirement more rewarding.
