We are looking for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join a well-established and high revenue performing division here at Collinson that owns and operates a well-established product of Collinson: Lounge Pass.
This role is truly unique to the business and is pivotal to the development of the team during this exciting transformational period. We are looking for an experienced coordinator that will act as a point of contact between external b2b customers, internal teams and account managers that has strong analytical, administrative and interpersonal skills for a division of the business that owns and develops airport lounge pass products aimed at the affluent traveler consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monthly and weekly internal reporting on the product performance
2. Updating spreadsheets, reporting and analysing results
3. Setting up new accounts, provide customer service support to clients for queries
4. Email and training Manual Maintenance
5. Work closely with finance to ensure supplier invoices and commissions are paid
6. Raising Jira’s for the fulfillment of various job requirements
7. General administration support to Account Manager and Head of Lounge Pass
8. Ad hoc requirements such as attending trade conferences, competitor reporting and so on
Ideal Skillset:
1. Travel trade experience in preferably a sales support or similar position
2. Graduate educated (desirable)
3. Experience using Adobe, Salesforce, and Intermediate or Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365
4. Self-starter, high energy and ability to wear multiple hats and work autonomously
5. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
