Job summary The Children and Young People's Community Eating Disorder Service provides community support and hospital in-reach. This service supports young people and their families in the community to manage their condition and prevent hospital admission. They provide family based therapy in a range of settings as well as specialist clinical assessment and in-reach to paediatric and acute mental health settings An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Medical Secretary to join our administrative team and to support our medical team, including a Consultant Psychiatrist and the clinical team. The post holders main responsibilities will be; Be able to work efficiently and effectively to maintain productivity and to meet agreed deadlines Have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills, with both internal and external stakeholders on all levels Excellent knowledge and day to day use of Microsoft Office packages to include Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams and excellent keyboard skills Ability to collate and analyse complex data (including reports from RiO), creating accurate statistical reports, and presentations Ability to be self-directed, motivated and contribute positively to the service.
