The Role This is a challenging B2B role for an organised and personable individual and who will be responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers to promote our products. Responsibilities Responsible for raising Tricel profile within the specified area to ensure Tricel is the customer first choice; Make outbound calls to existing & potential clients to introduce our services; Follow up on customer enquires / quotations via telephone and email diarising further action ensuring the sales operating system is followed; Engage in meaningful conversation to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solution; Present, promote and sell the Tricel portfolio of products and services to maximise opportunities for sales growth; Grow and maintain excellent working relationships with existing and new customers; Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions our CRM system; Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets; Follow up prospects and schedule appointments for external sales team; Stay Updated on Industry trends, Market conditions. Product Knowledge and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation; Customer complaints in accordance with the company’s procedure and Department SLA’S; Other general duties will include answering inbound phone calls and carry out any other duties reasonably requested by any members of the Management team. Experience Required Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels of their operation; A full UK Driving License is preferred; Strong engineering / technical sales background; Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels; Fully IT proficient and working knowledge of Microsoft Office; B2B Sales experience; Sound and commercial approach to problem solving; Ability to prioritise workload; ‘Can-do’ attitude that contributes to building a positive team spirit; Reacts well under pressure; Organised and efficient; Excellent attention to detail.
