We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Associate to join our Primary Care team at HMP Onley, a category C Prison located in Rugby.
Hours
The site currently offers various shifts to cover a 7 day service 07:30 - 19:30, 07:30 -18:30 (weekdays) 08:00 - 18:00 (weekends)
Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £30,660 per annum - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As a Nurse Associate, your responsibilities will vary. You will
1. Be providing outstanding evidence based case to our patients seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them. You will contribute to and implement care packages, assist with health promotion, well-being and clinics as well as assisting patients with activities of daily living and personal care.
2. Throughout this position, you will deliver non-judgmental care involving anything from health promotion clinics and observations to supporting the nursing and pharmacy teams in primary care within healthcare centres and on wings and house blocks. Youll make a real difference as defined throughout our bespoke Health in Justice Competency Framework following our policies, procedures and always considering safeguarding.
