Job Brief
We are looking for a Business Quality Officer to work in our busy team in Farnborough. The ideal candidate will be a team player, hardworking and have excellent attention to detail to ensure all cases are reviewed to meet both the Company’s and regulated standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Review cases pre-sale.
* Communicate with the Paraplanning, Training & Compliance and Technical & Proposition teams with feedback on cases.
* Complete and maintain the structured training and competence scheme.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma qualified (essential)
* AF3/AF7 or equivalent (desirable)
* Strong communication skills.
* Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to compare reports with both written and audio recorded client documents.
* IT literate.
* Pension transfer knowledge is desirable.
* Experience within a Compliance or Advisory role within an FCA-regulated retail environment.
Interview Process
* 1st Stage = Telephone interview
* 2nd Stage = Competent Adviser Test (to be taken at home).
* 3rd Stage = Competency based interview.
