Plus, a quarterly performance related bonus Permanent contract on a 40 hour per week rotating shift pattern, that consists of rotating work patterns 8:00-16:30 and 9:00-17:30 Monday to Friday Hybrid working from our Kings Hill office. As our new experienced Dispute Handler, you will be responsible for investigating and resolve customer and 3rd party disputes, providing a superior customer experience and fair outcome. Key Responsibilities include: Ensure Service Level Agreement parameters are met Manage the process relating to customer disputes. Take ownership of individual cases from receipt to conclusion. Use a variety of systems in addition to Cabot’s internal systems to obtain, utilise and process documentation relating to customers / authorised third parties. Facilitate verbal and written communication with customers and authorised third parties as required. Investigate the opportunity to reach agreement on payment or resolution of issues with the customer or authorized third parties.
