Persian Speaking Administrator-PA 1 year FTC
Our client, a Leading International Banking Group, is looking for a Persian Speaking Administrator PA to join their team on a one-year fixed-term contract with the intention of becoming a permanent position.
Our client works from the office and will welcome three days of flexible working.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Type confidential and non-confidential letters and faxes.
2. Handle and respond to correspondence including phone calls, emails, and letters while liaising with the CEO; register inward mails and dispatch mails and messages.
3. Perform a variety of routine secretarial duties.
4. Receive visitors and guide them to other divisions as required.
5. Manage directors’ diaries and organize business meetings and appointments as instructed by directors, scheduling appointments and organizing diary entries.
6. Ensure and oversee that all Board, Committee, and general meetings are effectively organized.
7. Set reminders for meetings, appointments, and other important tasks.
8. Maintain an efficient filing system for confidential and non-confidential correspondences.
9. Operate photocopy and fax machines.
10. Distribute Annual Reports.
11. Liaise with the HR Department to assist with travel arrangements and hotel arrangements for directors and guests if necessary.
12. Assemble the required information for the quarterly Board Meetings.
13. Assist within the HR & Administration Department as and when required.
14. Understand and comply with the Bank's money laundering rules and procedures.
Skills and knowledge:
1. Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and possess good planning skills.
2. Attention to details.
3. Organizational and communication skills.
4. Efficient in word processing and Excel.
5. Persian Speaking.
6. Trustworthy regarding the confidential information entrusted to her/him.
7. Comply with the FCA/PRA conduct rules for individuals.
