As a Business Manager, you will be at the forefront of presenting and selling accountancy solutions to SME businesses. Your main goal will be to close sales on the initial call whilst managing a short, transactional sales cycle.
For this role you will need 2-3 years of relevant experience and be capable of setting the standards for the team, ensuring consistent sales performance.
With top earners reaching £60,000, you could be in control of your earning potential! In addition to the 5% commission on all deals and the potential to earn between £800 – £2,000 per month in commission. This is a rewarding role providing the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced sales role.
About The Role:
* Effectively presenting solutions to potential clients, and closing on the initial call.
* Managing and acting on validated leads provided to you in, addition to handling inbound leads.
* Ensuring robust follow-ups are made, maintaining engagement and driving conversions.
* Manage sales cycles with a focus on quick and efficient transactions.
* Set the standard for the sales team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
You Will Need To Have/Be:
* Experience in selling accountancy or banking software solutions, with a proven track record.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to quote accurately.
* Experience dealing with small businesses and business owners.
* Exceptional sales and objection handling skills, with the ability to consistently close deals.
* Proven success in a sales environment with a high closing percentage on initial calls.
