The Sales Support role ensures a seamless post-sale process. Once a deal is approved, this person will: Prepare and issue finance documents tailored to each lender's requirements. Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure all documentation and invoices are correct. Manage delivery schedules and package deals for lender payout. Conduct pre- and post-issue checks for accuracy. Communicate deal progress to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and efficiency. The Sales Support Specialist is integral to converting leads into successfully funded deals while maintaining high operational standards.
